Duties:
Human resources management, recruiting, training and preserving the organization's human resources so that the staff will be able to perform their assigned duties on the basis of merits, capabilities, enthusiasm and dedication and realize the organizations main goals efficiently and effectively.
In other words, human resources management is an aspect of the organization's management that relates to all affairs regarding the human factors, such as recruitment planning, Training and optimizing, assessment of staff's performance, retirement, health insurances welfare, ete. This system has four main subdivisions:
a) Stall statistics and secretariat
b) secretariat of the Organization's headquarters
c) personnel office
d) welfare office
